Description

Due to many reasons, many individuals fall into financial problems, whether these reasons are because of a lack of planning, bad management, unforeseen circumstances or any other reason, the debt spiral still occurs. These debt problems cause Creditors to loose enormous amounts of money and the Debtor loses personal motivation and becomes less productive in the work environment causing rise in interest rates resulting in inflation. Through our experience, we have identified the need for efficient and specialized collection of outstanding debt allowing our clients to improve their working capital, resulting in cash flow to the Creditor, and a positive contribution to the economy.

How do we go about?

There are various aspects that we make use of in the collection of outstanding debt. All attempts are made to persuade the client to contribute towards the payments of the outstanding debt before any legal process is started. If there is no alternative, we make use of all legal means of recovery at our disposal. All legal means are utilized by our in house legal team, including telephone tracing, collections, mail and personal calling agents in our attempts to recover debt.

We have developed a specialized and unique system and have developed our own in - house software systems to enable us to handle and control debtors and creditors efficiently and faultlessly.

By having several offices in Magisterial districts we have easy access to the Courts and are well represented and are able to take immediate action where needed.
